Shipping policy

Processing Time  

All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 5pm (GMT) will begin processing the next business day at the earliest.

Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders and/or during holiday seasons, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of any significant delays via email. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please note that custom or made-to-order items may take additional time to prepare.

Shipping Options  

We currently only ship within the UK. Shipping costs may vary at checkout based on your order. Available shipping options are:

- Tracked 48 (£3.50) : 2-4 business days

- Tracked 24 (£5.00): 1-3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the carrier, and other factors beyond our control.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging prints, original artworks, and greeting cards to ensure they arrive safely. Items will be shipped in sturdy, eco-friendly packaging to protect your order during transit.

Lost or Damaged Items

Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbour's or local post office.
